The information we collect

This is an informational site and does not require you to create an account. We may process:

• Analytics and usage data — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your approximate location (derived from your IP address) and your device and browser type, using cookies and similar technologies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after your query is resolved, then delete them. Google Analytics data is retained in line with the retention period set in our Analytics account (currently 14 months), after which it is deleted automatically.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability.
